Refund policy

Cooling-off period (14 days)
 
You can cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days from the date you received delivery of your ordered item.
 
To cancel your order and arrange for the return of the unwanted item to us please contact our Sales Team at sales@strahan.ie or by telephone at (01) 401 9100.
 
On your confirmation that you will return the unwanted item to us within 14  days of the day you canceled, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorisation Number (“RMA No.”) to facilitate your refund.
 
Please ensure that the item is returned to us within the said 14 days in an unused and saleable condition, with its original packaging, together with all components, accessories or any promotional extras provided free of charge or as part of a deal/special offer, quoting your RMA No. in order to facilitate issue thereafter of refund of the price you paid for the item and any delivery charge you paid to us.
 
 
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the item to us unless the item is faulty or we delivered the item to you in error.
If we do not receive the item back from you within 14 days of the day you canceled we may arrange for collection of the item from you and charge the costs of collection to you.

Refunds. 

Shopify refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your bank account,depending mainly on your bank and the original payment method used.After a merchant processes a refund, Shopify usually marks it as pending for up to 2 business days,during which the payment is being sent back. Once released, banks can take several more days to fully process and deposit the funds.
