📦 Strahan Timber – Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • đź“… *Preferred Day: Let us know if delivery must be on a specific day, failure to do so will incur an extra delivery charge (*Local Deliveries only).

  • ⏱ Standard Delivery: Otherwise, we’ll deliver within a reasonable time.
  • ✏️ Changes & Cancellations: Notify us as early as possible; changes may not be possible once delivery is underway.
  • đź’° Delivery Fees: Confirmed at checkout.

  • âś… Check on Arrival: Inspect your order for damage or missing items and notify us within 48 hours. 

  • ⚠️ Delays: Unforeseen delays may occur; we’ll keep you informed.

  • CHECKOUT - The Term SHIPPING – "FREE" at checkout Applies to Pickup/Collection Orders Only
